Shipping Policy

Where we ship from

Erbstuk works with multiple suppliers, so your order may ship from different locations depending on which products you purchase. If your order contains more than one item, it may arrive in separate packages at different times — this is normal and doesn't mean part of your order was lost.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and handed off to our shipping partners within 1-3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping times

Because our products ship internationally, transit times are longer than a typical domestic retailer:

Standard Shipping: approximately 15-25 business days, door to door.
Express Shipping (where available): approximately 7-12 business days, door to door.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery time can vary due to customs processing, local delivery conditions, weather, and carrier delays outside our control.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track most packages directly at 17track.net, since our shipments may pass through several different carriers on their way to you.

Order cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge within 48 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed and handed to a shipping partner, we're no longer able to cancel or reroute it — you'll need to wait for delivery and follow our Refund Policy if you no longer want the item.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Address changes can only be guaranteed if requested within 24 hours of placing your order; after that, a change may not be possible once the order has been processed.

Customs, duties, and taxes

All prices shown at checkout are exclusive of any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees that may apply once your order reaches your country. These charges, if any, are set by your local customs authority and are your responsibility to pay. We are not able to predict or control these fees in advance.

Undeliverable or refused packages

We are unable to ship to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses. If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (an additional shipping fee may apply) or issue a refund, minus original shipping costs.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@erbstuk.com and we'll look into it. If the tracking shows no movement or the package appears lost, let us know within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier — we're unable to do this outside that window.

Where we currently ship

We currently ship to the destinations available at checkout. If your country isn't listed, it means we aren't able to ship there yet.
